Equip your apparatus with tomorrow's technology today!  Designed for Class A and / or Class B foam applications, the Model 2024 delivers concentrate from a microscopic .01 gpm (.04 l/m) to 6.34 gpm (24 l/m) - all with unmatched accuracy and simplicity.

At the simple push of a button, the FoamPro Model 2024 automatically manages all foam proportioning requirements.  Patented micro-processor controls ensure the precise amount of concentrate is injected into the water stream.  FoamPro's discharge side injection delivers exact amount of concentrate regardless of changes in water flow rate, pressure, elevation or nozzle types.  Unlike venturi based systems, more water and pressure is available at the nozzle as the flowmeter does not restrict water flow. 

 

Real time performance information is displayed to the operator via ultra-bright LED digital control module readouts.  The optional Automatic Feature Controller allows "Auto-On" programming, which activates the system when pump mode is engaged.
Main Waterway Check Valve
Prevents back flow to the fire pump. Electroless nickel plated with S.S. components or all stainless steel construction, rated for 450 psi with NPT thread size of 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3" and 4". Includes tapped injection and drain ports.
System Rating Placards
Attractive placard designed for the operator’s panel, listing system ratings.
Advanced Digital Feature Controller
Provides programmable choice of activation of proportioning manually by push of ON button or automatically ON with engagement of fire pump. Ideal for CAFS and SOP’s directing foam use.
Flowmeter and Tee
Paddlewheel flowmeter reads fire pump discharge flow without restricting performance. Thread sizes (NPT & BSP) available in 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3" and 4". Also machined for Victaulic coupling. Magnetic flowmeters available for larger piping arrangements.
System Schematic Placards (Single or Dual-Tank)
Attractive placard designed for the operator’s panel, depicting single or dual-tank systems.
Low-Level Tank Sensor
Provides signal to display, notifying operator of low concentrate condition in foam cell. Available in top/bottom or side mount.
MultiFlo Interface
Provides calibration and flow totals for up to four different discharges.
Remote Start/Stop
Separately-mounted switch interfaces with digital control head allowing remote activation of the proportioner. Designed for in-cab pump and roll operations.
Electronic Concentrate Management System
Electronically-operated valve allows choice between two different concentrates. Flush mode prevents mixing, and interface with control head provides calibration and storage of performance results of each concentrate.

Concentrate Cell
Polypropylene concentrate tanks with one-way vented cap available in 8, 12 or 20-gallon capacities.
Solid State Contactor
Engineered specifically for high current draw applications such as proportioner pumps, FoamPro’s solid state DC contactor offers many advantages over mechanical solenoid contactors.
Stainless Steel Foam Manifold
The foam manifold incorporates the flowmeter sensor, main waterway check valve, concentrate injection port anddrain port all into one compact assembly.
